ANTIGUA FURNITURE SECOND TO NONE.
As a Residential Developer I see all kinds of supplier deliveries and I must say your product was a welcome surprise. I mean both the product quality itself but also the marketing of that product.
We first met you guys at Las Vegas show in February and the floor sales staff was very knowledgeable yet relaxed compared to the hype at other vender showrooms. I was also impressed when we received your catalogue. It is extremely well thought out and very easy to use. The wood samples were a good size so you can get a good feel for how the wood grain reacts to the stain colour.
The packaging was second to none. Good quality boxes, hard foam packing, soft foam wrap, plastic protection on the metal handles, screwed wood creates, and everything clearly labelled. It was no surprise to discover someone had thought ahead to put protective pads on the bottom of the furniture legs to protect hardwood flooring. If Marketing is defined as "the distribution of goods from a Manufacture to the Consumer" then you guys have a very well run marketing organization.

ANTIGUA FURNITURE IS BEAUTIFUL
We received our order from you yesterday and just wanted to say Wow, are we impressed. The way the furniture is built and packaged was outstanding. The quality of everything that was shipped to us, with not one dent or scratch was truly amazing. The furniture is beautiful!!!!! I hope you are all proud of the workmanship, you have got going there. From the salesman we meet in Las Vegas to Vicki who helped us through everything, we just want to say thank you!!!

ANTIGUA UNBELIEVABLE ENGINEERING
Dear Antigua Furniture,
I just wanted to drop you a line and tell you how much we enjoy selling Antigua. The craftsmanship is superb. We have a sample of the canopy bed on our showroom floor and the engineering was unbelievable. It was so easy to assemble. The quality of wood and finish is excellent.
The distressing and overall finish is always done well. Delivery time is long but the product shows up when you say so that is good.

ANTIGUA RETAIL
Thank for your interest in how your product has been retailing for us. Antigua has performed well for us at retail, particularly the beds. We have sold three or four of the canopy beds and armoires. The dining tables moved a little more slowly, but we feel this was due to the finish being a little too light. We look forward to the new tables we saw at market in January, they are darker and more in keeping with the feel of our stores. We have had few if any quality problems that I am aware of, and we will continue to order your product.
